We had received suggestions to try Viking and wanted to experience a cruise. The Baltic area seemed like a logical place to cruise rather than do a land trip. This particular one included the Norwegian fjords as well as St. Petersburg and those were two of our priorities. We totally loved the attitude, attention and caring that we received from every crew member. The small details from the special meals by the pool to the Star Theater entertainment were overall just extraordinary. The cleanliness and overall ambiance of the entire ship were remarkable. The included port excursions were well orchestrated and most of the time, very interesting and informative. If there was one suggestion for everyday itinerary, it would be to start the lounge entertainment earlier and perhaps have as polished entertainment there as the theater. We were not disappointed in our choice and didn’t want to embark at the end of two weeks. Thank you, Viking for our detailed and caring excursion.
