Because of the itinerary we chose this cruise. We flew into Basel Switzerland a day early so we could relax and explore after the long flights.

Our cabin was nice although we didn't spend much time there. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating.

The shore excursions were exceptional and the transportation off the ship was great. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable & friendly. The ports were beautiful and each had it's own special grandeur. Some tours required a lot of walking especially on cobblestones. We had no problems but there were several people who did (I don't think they read the descriptions of the shore excursions )We also very much enjoyed our daytime sailing especially when we passed so many castles and windmills.

Veranda Stateroom

Cabin B

Cabin was clean & comfortable. Bathroom was a little small. We booked a veranda but because of the cold weather were were not out there very much. Bed was very comfortable

Port Reviews

Basel

It was actually the White Forest as it was snowing heavily there. It felt very much like Bavaria
