We chose this cruise because it was from Boston to Bermuda. We live about an hour from Boston,so it was convenient. We went with another couple who had been on the Dawn and really liked that ship,so thought this would be similar. We had a balcony cabin. The hallways were narrow, the bathroom was small, especially the toilet area. Our room steward was great, can’t remember his name-cabin 9636. The food in specialty restaurants was great, atmosphere in LeBistro the best, found Cagneys to be loud and chaotic since we were near kitchen with food for the Brazilian grille also constantly going by. The main dining rooms service was slow, food pretty good, not great. Entertainment was fair-the best shows were the ones with audience participation. Also, there were a few sea days and activities need improvement-origami and towel folding? There was trivia and bingo, but we spent a lot of time on balcony due to lack of decent activities. One tip-if you want to do painting, sign up as soon as you get on ship-it fills up fast. Two outdoor pools only-always very crowded unless you went at 8am,which we did. The Bali Hai bar near pool is only smoking section and seemed to be loudest-people way overindulging!! Overall,a decent trip, but not sure would cruise Norwegian again.

Bathroom small, unable to open closet unless bathroom door was closed. Our room steward was great. Very helpful.
