Our travel agent recommended this cruise to us which traveled down the Mekong river from Cambodia to Vietnam. It was the highlight of a fantastic 21 days in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff are absolutely fantastic with an amazing service ethic and extremely friendly. The cabins and other amenities are beautiful. The pool and bar area is a lovely place to relax and watch the world go by from.The food was beautiful and a good mix of cuisines. The service from the staff at meal times was impeccable. The highlight though was the shore excursions. Two each day, each and every one of them was unique and fascinating. We really got away from touristy places and cities and saw how the local, rural people really live. We saw schools, villages, temples, markets, fish farms etc and met and interacted with the locals and with the students at the schools that we visited. Each excursion was incredibly authentic and a real learning experience. I also really loved the fact that the Heritage Line actually supports the schools that we visited and it was good to be able to make a contribution to them also.

I would thoroughly recommend this cruise to anyone who is interested in this part of the world.
