A simply amazing time being a Suite guest for a week. The western Caribbean itenerary was amazing. The service in the Suite class made all the difference for us. The room size and the service from our steward made us feel special everyday. The ability to have daily laundry and dry service was worth it for us. The extra effort by all the staff to make our cruise special was accomplished. The specialty dining and the "class" dining was amazing. Waiter "Oxana" created the best presentations night after night for our table. We will use Princess for our Alaska trip in July 2020. The "Boss excursion in Roatan was an adventure. The trip across the island was a real eye opener for us to see bars and barbed wire on every house and building. The excursion under the water on the scooter was an adventure that could be "Bucket List" quality. We found that the service from the staff was on point everyday. The casino was clean and inviting to the passing guest. The suite is the way to travel on this cruise line. The special attention by the staff is highlighted by the Medallion that is your access point. The staff automatically knows what guest you are and what status you have for that cruise. We are sold on the medallion program as a cruise enhancement. It is nice to have the staff know who you are and what you like simply by seeing the medallion readout on their computers.
