I chose this cruise based on reviews from previous travellers. We were sorely disappointed. First the ship was delayed leaving for 10 hours. This meant that we missed one of the ports we were supposed to see which is the main reason we took this cruise . The compensation from the cruise line was a slap in the face considering the entire reason for going on this trip ( Juneau AK ) was skipped . The food was barely edible ( first time I lost weight on vacation lol!) , regardless if you ate at the buffet or dinning rooms . With the exception of a few staff members the majority of the food/drink services team were extremely rude and unhelpful .

The entertainment was poor and they were constantly chasing you down to buy buy buy . It always felt like you were being harassed . I do not recommend this cruise line
