We chose this cruise because of itinerary and the flight included package. Loved the stops. The ship was great except for food. I am not a fish or seafood eater so I found limited choices for me in the dining room. I am a fussy eater so I thought just me but after sitting with others in dining room, they too, were disappointed. There were very few kids on this cruise so pools were good but I would guess they could get crowded with little ones at other times. I didn’t see a kids pool. The shows were nothing to crow about. The casino was dead, no competitions etc. I did enjoy the entertainment team. They were great. The game shows were also good. I also find the buffet to be small and again heavy on fish.our room was quiet and clean so no complaints there.enbarksion and disembark both great.

Port Reviews

Gibraltar

Went out on our own and took cable car, 1,5 miles from cruise. Ok walk. Cable car, good views. The park itself had lots and lots of walking. Taxi probably better idea. Loved the monkeys. The downtown area had really cheap booze and we got a beer and pop, bread and cheese and had a nice picnic in the square. Nice

Marseille

Second time to marseille so knew what to expect. Walked about a mile from ship, follow blue line on road, and got a spouse pass for day. 5.4 euros each. It had a brochure with what lines to take to get to each spot . We went up to the basilica and even from bus stop lots and lots of stairs. The old town area very nice to walk around. Near the Mac Donald’s there is a wine store, got a 750 ml bottle for 3 euros. It was ok wine

Genoa

Loved loved Genoa. Here we had the pass for museums and bus for 15 euros each. We went to maybe 8 museums. The red and white palaces near the tourist bureau were awesome. Four floors of marble stairs and paintings, like famous paintings and furniture to die for. How much money did these people have? Enjoyed Christopher Columbus house and then climbed the tower next door. The big fountain center of town also awesome and so Italian. Mac Donald’s near here if you need a burger or for us a bathroom. The royal palace also wonderful to see.
