I can’t begin to understand how any one can complain about the ship. Although I was one of the unfortunate ones to have their ports cancelled due to hurricane Humberto, I still can’t say a bad thing. They’re giving us a free cruise for the inconvenience and the staff did amazing! Yes being stuck on a port for 6 out of 7 days during bad seas was rough but the staff did everything they can to make us feel safe and welcomed. EVERY STAFF MEMBER on that ship is AMAZING ! The entertainment is top notch.. food is the best I’ve ever had and I’m sorry there was no waiting , ship was clean and never felt crowded. The entertainment went on even though it was hard to stand on the stage , trust me I know I was on it as well. You can’t predict bad weather and we we’re u lucky but As I said the staff did everything they could to make it a fun cruise . All our excursions were refunded immediately . I would highly recommend guys burgers and the blue cantina, food was amazing . The alchemy bar was hands down the best drinks and most talented bartenders I’ve ever seen and that’s coming from a bartender myself, I learned a lot of tricks from them. I highly Recommend ignoring the bad reviews and booking this cruise!
