We choose this cruise as it was going to all the ports we have been longing to visit for years. We were able to enjoy all the Scandinavian countries, Russia, Germany, and other countries along the Baltic Sea. The embarkation and disembarkation were easier than ever. There were plenty of associates to assist us with checking in and to answer any questions we had. The ship exceeded our expectations. It was well appointed and easy to maneuver about. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful and the housekeeping staff cared for our every need. They called us by name every time we bumped into them and were very helpful, courteous and hospitable. The food was five-star dining daily, with lots of selections to accommodate every type of diet. The specialty restaurants were outstanding and the selections in the World Cafe were incredible. Service was beyond my wildest dreams, and I had high expectations in the beginning, as it is, after all, a VIKING CRUISE. There was plenty to do on the ship, such as lectures, excursion briefings, lots of games and puzzles, nightly entertainment in several areas of the ship, and good ole relaxing after a day ashore. Excursions were enjoyable and informative and the tour guides were very personable, knowledgeable, humorous, and full of historical facts about their country. Can't wait to plan our next cruise. There is a whole world out there waiting to be explored. VIking is the absolute best way to do it all.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe Veranda

Cabin was roomy and nicely-appointed. It had everything we needed. Bathroom had heated floors, room for our toiletries, and a nice shower. Living area had a comfortable bed, sufficient closet space, a few drawers, two barrel chairs, a small table and an area for my husband's computer. The balcony was nice to view the sights of town from the ship and to enjoy our morning coffee while planning our day.
