Nice ship and a nice room.
Service at nearly all levels very average to poor. Meals were average at best !!!. Hiring an executive chef with some imagination would be a good idea.
Couldn't even make a sandwich properly.
How do you run out of butter for 3 days ? No Vanilla Ice Cream for 2 days. Happy hour bars were very poorly organized. First night 5 glasses total at the aft bar. No beer on ice. Very poor veer selection and out of some brands for days.
Very inexperienced staff and management ( if you can call it that )
Boarding day was very badly handled. Little to no communication from the Bridge for the first 5 days.
This is sold (and priced ) as 5 star, First Class. NOT SO !!
Badly planned stops. For Example: Whole day in very small ports and 1/2 day in Baton Rouge.
Great opportunity for a great trip but they missed it !!!
