This was our first river cruise and we loved it! Embarkation and disembarkation were quick and easy. Viking makes sure all the passengers are well taken care of. The staff was courteous and attentive. The ship was immaculate. The food was great. Excursions were well organized and interesting. We had a group of twelve and had a blast! We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and even won a couple of the games. We spent the day prior to embarkation in Amsterdam which is a beautiful city. We toured the Anne Frank House which we bought tickets for months in advance. Bruges was our favorite excursion although we really enjoyed them all. We will never do a huge cruise ship after the personal service we enjoyed with Viking. The staff knew us by name and quickly learned the things we liked. Highly recommend Viking! We look forward to our next cruise with Viking!
