I will NEVER take another Croisi Europe cruise. I wouldn't even want it for free! The food is a sit down with a set menu and they take forever to serve (sometimes dinner could take 2 hours with over 45 minutes to get the first dish!). With regards, to the food: Zero options. I HATED the food. Every single meal was depressing. It was unhealthy, tasteless, and they kept serving pork over and over. Hardly any vegetables and when they served them they were extremely overcooked. The salad was terrible (no variety, no dressing... just horrible. Apparently, they just expect you to add salt and oil and made an exception with our table bringing some vinegar. Even the bread was bad (again, no whole wheat, rye or even good white baguette. Seriously! The desserts were also lame. The food just made me miserable. Soe dishes were even gross. For the full 11 days, I NEVER ate anything enjoyable. This was the worst cruise of my life and I have been to many. Food is such a big part of holidays and cruising. Every single other cruise I have taken I loved the food. This was just terrible. They could not accommodate any dietary restrictions even when they tried. I swear I asked for a plate of vegetables and got a sliced steamed carrot. That was my dinner. Another time, I asked for a bowl of soup and I got some hot water with some green peas floating. It was disgusting.

The staff was friendly, but clearly they are understaffed. A sit-down dinner, under those circumstances, is over pretentious and impossible to deliver in a timely fashion. Needless to say a boat of senior citizens (Jews who don't eat pork, vegans, diabetic, dairy-free, etc) all ate poorly during the cruise.

I was traveling with a disabled lady and the crew does not have any kind of empathy or clue on how to help. For starters, we had to tell them to reserve the front seat of the buses for excursions. The cruise animator would take us through streets or paths full of steps, even though there were other options. Another day it was super cold and we went on a little tourist train to the top of a church. I had to beg and insist for the driver to roll down the covers. We all got the flu and were sick for the rest of thetrip after being out in the cold. All I can say is that this cruise line was extremely disappointing.
