This was our first river cruise. We explore Prague prior to the cruise and enjoyed the excursions offered to us there. We found the cruise highly organized, the staff were friendly and they tried to anticipate our needs. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly with the bus taking us from Prague to Nuremberg with a tour and stop along the way to stretch our legs. All the tour guides that took us on our variety tours were well versed and entertaining. We had one shore excursion cancelled due to the ship needing to sail due to receding water levels. But when we stopped at a new pier, our cruise manager quickly organized a shore excursion at the nearby town for those that wished to go. For unexpected change of plans, the cruise manager was quick to alter itinerary and kept us informed. They offered a variety of excursions for varying walking types. Food was great. Cabin was small but clean and lovely. I would recommend this cruise to others wishing to get a taste of some of the countries lining the Danube.
