Whilst the ship was very clean and nice cabins, other aspects destroyed our experience. The restaurant was appalling on all visits over the 11 days. As eating is a big part of cruising, it ruined our cruise. The restaurant management were unhelpful and we walked out 3 times as totally disappointed. Never again will I board a MSC cruise ship. The music noise on the open decks were too much so could not relax. The bars were always busy so difficult to find any seating at some times. The public interior areas were kept very clean.Toilets sometimes blocked. The "selling" was OTT with shop discount notifications over the PA, bingo ticket sellers going around the many decks. The disembarkation procedure a bit chaotic. As regular cruisers on many other lines, this was our worst experience. We did not go to any shows so cannot comment but other cruisers spoke positively of the shows.
