Our 7 night dream Alaskan cruise was greatly marred due to the horrid cabin location.
Cabin 392 and neighbouring cabins should not be used for paying guests (especially NOT as an UPGRADE) unless passengers made aware that the kitchen is located directly above.
If you are wanting a decent nights sleep at all during your cruise ensure you check your cabin location. A late night here and there and early mornings to make the most of your day is what we expected but certainly didn’t get. Kept awake until after midnight every night and woken again early hours (sometimes as early as 4.30am) due to the noise from the kitchen preparation/cleaning? above us.
Cabin should not be used for paying passengers due to the HORRID location.
Even worse to think we paid extra to be upgraded, what a joke.
Directly beneath kitchen so noise until after midnight and from early early morning.
When spoke to guest services no solution at all just bad luck nothing they could do
