Having transferred almost directly from Norwegian Epic to Norwegian Jade the contrast could not have been more amazing. The Jade crew were all happy, friendly and engaging and certainly made a monumental difference to the voyage. Jade was obviously a much happier and well run ship. Some maintenance issues with the cabin including toilet not flushing and faulty temperature control of shower. Onboard productions appeared to be focussed on artistic flair rather than entertainment. Jasmine restaurant was disappointing both food quality presentation and service. The Asian options in the buffet were better quality and taste. Specialty restaurants were a great experience and with the dining package good value for money. Did not use spa or fitness centre. Good use was made of the Bliss Lounge for activities and there are many different bar and lounge options with different feel and decor. Enjoyed the Spinnaker Lounge which was probably under utilised through most of the day and early evening
