Excellent cruise line, small ships and the attention to detail whilst on board cannot be faulted, the staff, service, amenities are fabulous, included excursions and wi-fi make it a real winner !
However, if transfer and air travel booked thru Viking be prepared for chaos. No Viking Rep at arrival airport (30 passengers booked Viking transfer to ship) no transfer organised ! ! Quite a wait whilst sorted out ☹️
Departure day, Viking knew at 7am flight with majority of passengers on had been delayed by minimum of 3 hours, but they still got us off ship at 06.45 and literally dumped us all at at airport. Took 25 hours to get to London from SAN Juan !!!

Deluxe Veranda Stateroom
Cabins are excellent, spacious and home from home, everything available, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, soft drinks in mini fridge, hairdryer, binoculars, umbrellas, safe, heated bathroom floor was a real bonus, plenty of mirrors, wardrobe space etc - very accommodating and welcoming.
