We chose this cruise because we wanted to re-visit some of the places we had seen on the Grand European cruise and see new places. The cruise Director and staff were exceptional. We had a bad odor in our bathroom that had to be attended to on two different occasions and never as completely eliminated. This odor caused my wife to have an asthma attack that has continued for almost two months. We brought this to the attention of the booking agent & was told someone from Viking would contact us, as of 10/27/19 no one has called. On a positive note my wife was running out of medication to treat her asthma & the Cruise Director went out of his way to help us obtain more. The staff in the dining room were always friendly and remembered our names and the wine we liked to drink (makes you feel like a valued customer).
