We are mid-cruise on this near brand-new ship. I hope someone from Princess is reading this.

This is the Sky Princess' second sailing, I believe. In many ways it is brilliant, and, in others, it is hugely frustrating and a let down.

Let's start with the positives. The staff are brilliant without exception. The state rooms are calming and elegantly decorated in contemporary style.
