Chose this Oct 14-30 transatlantic cruise because of all the great ports. The itinerary and $6,000 price did not make up for the terrible food regardless of where you ate, small, poorly cleaned cabins, insufficient and poor gym equipment, disorganized disembarkation, ridiculous unnecessary extra charges, and practically non-existent quality entertainment. Other than 2 decent meals and 2 nights of good entertainment in 16 days, the rest was less than mediocre. Everywhere you went passengers were complaining about the food, entertainment, customer service and cleanliness. Problems with prepaid port transfers took 2 weeks to resolve with customer service before even going on the cruise. Only to find out once on the ship it still wasn’t right. Transfer back to the airport was more than a taxi and the wait for the shuttle would have taken hours for the one bus. Run don’t walk! Definitely not worth the price or itinerary. Find another cruise line.

Balcony

Small, not well cleaned, balcony glass so dirty you could barely see out.
