A good sized cabin, friendly efficient staff and reasonable food and entertainment ensured that one was able to enjoy the holiday but do not expect luxury at this price point. Overall the cruise was good value for money. But small remediable matters let things down. The premium drinks package had a poor choice of non alcoholic drinks. So there was no non alcoholic wine or beer or premium soft drinks and water still had to be paid for. There was no drinks menu in the rooms so I did not realise I could have better wine with my meal until day 3. WiFi was very expensive starting at £8per hour and generally 3 times as expensive as MSC cruises for instance. Excursions were cancelled which upset a number of guests who wished to visit particular places. The Captains Gala was just a vehicle to sell photographs and was in no way special. The information staff were not knowledgeable and were only interested in flogging excursions. But one can expect too much. For a grand or so each we got plenty but with a little effort and very little extra cost TUI could still do rather better.

Cabin Review

Clean and spacious. Well serviced.
