We chose Norwegian Star because of the high ratings and referrals from family members whom had previously cruised with Norwegian.
Our adventure began in Venice where we arrive a day ahead of departure to give us a chance to acclimate to the time change and explore the historical city. Venice was MAGICAL. Yes, there were many tourists, but the heart of the city, the local people, the architecture, art, food, music, warmth in the air, color of the WATER, all combined to create an experience like no other. This was our first trip to Europe so it was all very new to us and we loved every minute.
The Norwegian Staff and crew were courteous and accommodating in every way possible. Special 5 star shout out to RONALD our Steward.
