I have been on numerous cruises With various cruiselines over the years but I have never been on a cruise as BAD as this! Dirty cabin, dirty food halls, overcrowding, rude staff, the list goes on! Spend your well earned cash on a more reputable company because MSC falls way beyond poor value. I shouldn’t have to ask for a clean cabin, I shouldn’t have to ask for for clean linen, cutlery and crockery at the restaurants, But yet I did! Overcrowding on sundeck to the point where you can’t walk along as everywhere was blocked and not to mention the extreme danger and fire hazard that is created by allowing people to block fire exits. Not a good company, would never travel with them again and would certainly never recommend them to others. So if you have worked hard all year and looking for a lovely cruise, don’t book with MSC! Nothing but stress from start to finish!

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Dirty windows, had to ask staff to come and clean. Dirty balcony. Tired furnishings, no bathrobes, water only left for 2 days
