First time on Dream, we were surprised to see it was very worn - furnishings were shabby, couldn't find a USB connector anywhere, called Guest Services and was told that none of the cabins on the Dream had USB connectors. Are you kidding? How old is this ship? When was the last time it was in dry dock?

Cabin steward Nanang was good, and our waiters each night in the MDR, Richard, Alberto, Roderick, were great. Food was good. Service mornings in MDR was sporadic.

Disembarking negated the good. We had priority by carrying our own luggage off, smooth process usually, here we were lead around in circles, seemed no one was in charge.

Cabin Review

Balcony

No USB connector, shabby, light fixtures slow to turn on.

Port Reviews

Progreso

Got off ship to do a little shopping at the port, didn't go into town. Been to Progreso many times before.
