Trip Details

  • Destination: the Caribbean

No swimming for small children even with a swim diaper!

Hard to get milk for children, even from room service.

No change tables.

No wipes or diapers for sale.

Some staff are friendly but some see children as an annoyance.

We were married on a princess ship but clearly are not welcome now we have children.

I’m very saddened by this trip as I expected a 5* experience. We paid the same price for the children as for adults. If princess expects children to have a less then Stella experience. Then we should have paid a discounted rate. My family including Grandparents shall never cruise with princess again. When we called to complain. We were told there was nothing they can do, rules are rules. Well I say shame on princess, you have tried but have failed miserably to garner the support of the future generations. Regards, a party of 22 on the Regal Princess.
