This was a last minute cruise for us - we booked it one week before we left. We booked it because Jacksonville was close by and my husband had to take a week of vacation or he was going to lose it. That said, we've cruised on 5 Carnival ships and this was the smallest class ship we've been on. I definitely prefer the larger cruise ships - being smaller, we felt a lot more movement and lots of passengers were complaining of sea sickness.

The food was hit or miss. Sea day brunch with steak and eggs was a favorite.

The worst part of the trip was the stench that you could smell in various areas of the ship. Just a sewer smell - like you were stuck in an outhouse. They really need to do something about that smell. Read more
