We did this cruise once before and it was great. Shocking disappointment this time.
The customers were very careful about hygiene, hand washing taking all precautions. However the staff let us down and were observed many times using hands handling food and licking there fingers especially at night when eating on level 14.
Our floor in cabin was not vacuumed the whole 28 days nor was our verandah ever cleaned.
