This was my first Viking experience. Overall I was very pleased. The ship is beautiful, the staff is great. I appreciated all the tour options which made for a busy, cultural experience. I must admit I was a little disappointed with the food options in the buffet, although Manfreddi's was Awesome. I just felt like buffet food was usually "warm" not hot and not super appealing compared to other ships. But that is my only con on this trip. Gold Star to their treatment of our Cruise Critic meet & greet. They arranged a dinner at Manfreddi's vs other ships giving you some space and coffee and water. Our hostess was very kind and came by to chat often during our meal - best meet & greet by far. I didn't experience the spa personally but my shipmate said it was a great experience,

I've got another Viking Ocean cruise Jan 2020 to Norway booked and hope it is just as great or maybe better.
