What really interested me to go on the trip was that it included Tibet. The ship was older but updated and very nice. Ceilings were lower than I am used to and the slower was cramped, but China owns the boat so that is not something Viking has control over. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable, which is what matters most. Definitely an experience. China is just different. I am still not sure weather that is good or bad, but it was enlightening. The Yangtze gorges were beautiful, the smog on the river was miserable, The food was not western style, even when they tried. I like hot spices, but a lot of their food is beyond hot. They need a different chef. The experience was something not to be missed. Tibet was tremendous, Bejing was great, Shang Hai was beautiful. Definitelt glad I rook the trip
