Carnival is nothing like it used to be and the Horizon was no exception. Here are some highlights.

1. If you like to smoke weed and cigarettes anywhere on the ship. This is apparently the cruise for you. I am not talking about smelling it in smoking only sections, I am talking all over the ship. We did complain to the service desk.

2. 99.9% of the staff are 0 for customer services. You have to find that one that is willing to be nice and smile. Read more
