One of the reasons we chose this cruise is that we had never been to Darwin. Well. we still haven't! The Exit deck was changed from Deck 1 (as was widely advertised) to deck 4, and the ramp provided was incredibly steep. I hired a scooter for the express purpose of seeing Darwin, but it would not have been safe to take it down the incline, nor would I have been able to ride it back up. Several of the older passengers and those with sticks also had great difficulty in negotiating this ramp, and were completely winded by the time they got to the top. It totally spoilt my day, and several other disgruntled passengers felt the same.
Also, don't bother getting a soft drinks package. Despite being issued with the bulky microchipped glasses, there are no soft drink dispensers on board the "New" Voyager. Total waste of money!
Johnny Rockets is also a "no show". The venue is marked on the deck plan, but isn't open, and the free milkshake we were promised - "buy one get one free" - so much pie in the sky.
cabin is fine, but not much altered from previously
