Cruise ruined by not addressing the norovirus properly.At no stage did we hear the captain say that if you think you have it, the cost of the doctor visit and tablets would be waived.People vomited in swimming pool and restaurants by not going to see the doctor omitting they have caught it.
Stewards allowed people to go into top floor buffet without washing their hands after outbreak of Norovirus.In the end 85 people had it and ship on red alert.
People just went thru the area where you get out after your meal ,not waiting to wash hands.
2000 people had to get off in Singapore for them to fumigate the ship.
Amount showed on voucher for Specialty restaurants not honoured Was $47 actual $35.
Fitness centre did not have any usable cycles, mentioning that parts for bikes not available until we left boat 12 days later. Difficult to get anyone to help.
