Great trip great crew but the boat is getting a little bit dated. My parents pick this cruise as they like to sail out of San Francisco. It was a family trip you’re a little concerned that there would be a lot of sea days however there was plenty to do on the ship. The crew was fantastic except for the cruise director Kevin he was just OK. They had a new game called high seas heist which was fun but poorly executed by the Cruise staff. There were terrific people onboard. I really enjoyed interacting with fellow Cruise critic members. We were in club class and the service was wonderful everyone on board was very nice. The Ship is getting very old in our room things were starting to fall apart the couch was saggy and the ceiling tiles kept falling. We took two tours offered by princess one on Hilo which was great we went on a small hike around the volcano. The tour in Ensenada was a joke the bus windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. The tour director provided commentary such as, “on your right you’ll see a building that used to be a family home but is now a daycare center.” And that was the good portion.

Maui

We originally were scheduled to kayak and snorkel however the current was too strong in the tour company recommended that we postpone until another day. We were quite disappointed as we want it to kayak.
