Our fourth trip with Avalon River Cruises. We love this part of Europe. We chose this cruise because we have not been on the Moselle river. Wonderful included excursions. The cruise director's explanation of the castles on the rivers was wonderful, very informative.
We only stay in a cabin with the French balcony, watching the landscape while falling asleep is the only way to go. The staff go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and provide you with a wonderful experience.
The food is exceptional. The choices at breakfast and lunch are wonderful and dinner choices are amazing. The soups are better than you can find anywhere in the USA.

Outside Stateroom with French Balcony
Wonderful beds, very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious for a small ship. Love that you can unpack and slide luggage under the bed. Space for sitting at both a desk and table. Comfortable seating for up to four people. Safe and small refrigerator is included.
