For a newer LARGE cruise ship we expected more of a "WOW" factor in the public spaces and different areas of the ship to relax or be entertained in. We found the same basic layout of shops, different dining options, pool decks etc that have been on most ships over the last 15 years....just more people and cabins added. The one exception was the Thermal Spa which was very well appointed with many options to relax and enjoy. Although it was an additional cost, we felt it was worth the price to use daily.
Service in dining and other areas was what you would expect, good but not fantastic, but considering the price point, service was good. Same with the quality of food, good to very good considering the price paid for the cruise. This included the specialty dining we used 2 nights which was included in our package, not sure I would have spent additional money on them, the quality, service and presentation in Main dining room was just as good.
We had cabin 11782, nice balcony cabin, bathroom area was very comfortable to use and entire cabin functional and well designed.
