I have loved cruising with Royal Caribbean and this is the 4th ship I have been on, but what a different experience! The ship itself is nice, the cabins were clean and there are a lot of areas to find things to explore. However, from the first day we experienced so many issues. Our luggage did not arrive to the room properly and there was a problem in communication and where to get it.

The main dining room was great and the staff there was amazing; Windjammer was fine, however there was a hot dog restaurant/stand on the pool level that was not good. It looked fun at first but the food was not.

We found much of the staff to be very moody and not friendly, even rude at times. Guest Services made several mistakes on our cards and it took 4 trips back to clear things up. There was a considerable lack of activities in the evening. On other ships we often found so many entertaining shows and things to attend. They did not offer enough activities for older teens or adults. The shows were just ok and nothing compared to what we have seen on previous ships.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Nassau is not my favorite stop and I prefer to stay on the ship. You are immediately surrounded by people in your face trying to sell you junk.

Perfect Day at CocoCay

CocoCay is a beautiful island and there is something for everyone here. I do like how you can find areas for adults that are more secluded and there are plenty of family friendly things to do as well.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Parking and boarding at the port is very easy.
