My husband and I have been travelling for over 30 years and this was the worst holiday we have ever had.

The Staff and crew are disorganised and poorly trained in there jobs. They have no customer service skills at all. Most looked like they didn't want to be in the job and were reluctant to talk or smile and it came across as they were only there to get paid and tour the world. Not at all helpful in any way.

From the time we arrived at the port with the embarkation disorganisation we hoped it would improve but sadly it got worse.

Cabin Review

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom

Cabin was beautiful..clean and spacious but Cabin staff didn't clean spilt soft drink spray on top of our bin for 17 days so what else did they neglect.

Port Reviews

Khasab

We left the ship and found a tour on the Dhows . The MSC costs to the fiords were $89.99 Euro per person. Our tour with Khasab Sands Tours costs us $30.00 USD each.

It was an excellent tour . WE had a Dhow with about 15 persons with upstairs and lower decks...Bedouin cushions to sit on and Fruit and drinks provided throughout the day.

We saw Dolphins amazing scenery and had lots of laughs and a very relaxing day...all too short...Great value for money and fabulous trip..Many thanks Khasab Sands Tours.....
