We were offered this cruise at a great price we like the P & O dining arrangements and love the entertainment. The prices of duty free also equaled the best at port which was a real bonus, that left more time for leisure when in port. The service in the dining rooms was excellent as was our room service. The Pacific Explorer has a bowling green on deck 11 and we had a great time there with fellow passengers and the host was great. the tendering arrangements were much better than we have experienced before with more tenders operating which made it so much quicker. We didn’t need to get tickets as it was so efficient. The balcony cabin was the standard Princess balcony as the ship was the Dawn Princess previously. We found it nice and clean and the stewards kept it tidy for us. Service at the bars was good but we noticed that they didn’t remember our drinks next day as they did on the Pacific Eden which is a smaller ship.
