Disappointing, standards dropped dramatically

Chose because previous cruises on Sun Princess were so much higher standard. Wine prices exorbitant, chose to not buy any. Food real cafeteria quality, sweets totally boring and rated 2 out of 10. Lots of waste as inedible. Entertainment disappointing, lead singer off key.

No free treats as in ice cream at poolside or cookie cart. No celebrations at equator.

Will try other companies in the future and do a lot of research.

Waiters and cabin staff fantastic as always.

Our expectations from past experience were completely deflated very disappointed and has put me off cruising.

Complaints were rampant, most people were of the same opinion. There were exceptions, first timers and loyal Princess cruisers.

Sickness was an issue with quite a few leaving the ship in ambulances at various ports. Not the fault of the ship of course and with due respect the measures taken to avoid further spread of the virus was admirable.

Anyway I won’t be travelling on the Sun Princess in the future which is sad.
