Norwegian simply does not know how to manage a ship with 4,000 passengers.
3 hour wait outside to embark / check in
2 hour delay in disembarking (almost missed flight)

Mini-Suite with Balcony
Bathroom looked very odd on paper (shower and toilet on oppesite sides, next to cabin door, and somewhat visable to room), but it actually was not as weird as expected. " Mini-suite" was very MINI ... much smaller than regular balcony cabin on other cruise lines. There was supposed to be 3 Epic class ships constructed. Pretty obvious why they stopped after one.
