When we first arrived at check in for departure... everything was okay. We went to eat in the buffet dinning...the food was just okay and the cups were not clean.. cleaned them ourselves. We made it to our stateroom they were a bit dated (itchy). The bathroom looked as if it was not cleaned properly...cleaned that ourselves...thank goodness we had our own cleaning supplies. My Fairlady Dining service was AMAZING! The waiter and his attendant were so attentive and sweet and kind...it's like they knew our every need without us speaking a word. Other staff on the ship treated my family and I like we were not even there. They made sure they took care of others before us. We had to flag them down for assistance and they simply approached others... almost like they were avoiding us. I know not once...not twice but more than a few times we were in line for something and they literally looked over us and proceeded to help the people behind us..like we were invisible. My mother and I went for the $2 alcoholic beverage and I sat there for at least 15 minutes before someone came to help me and I had to flag him down. Initially they told us we couldn't get it from that section but shortly after he told us that... he seated two ladies and took there orders and YES IT WAS THE SAME $2 beverages. Once I flagged him down he rolled his eyes and took his time over to our seating area. I wanted to say something but I kept my cool. Our room attendant was not any better until he wanted a tip. I asked for some ice....never seen it. When I ordered the ice he told me he'll bring it right away...about thirty minutes later there was a couple in the hallway and he simply asked them do you need more ice in your cup... STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WENT TO GET THEM ICE! Okay, so when we ported at Cozumel we were one of the first ones in our stateroom area to leave our room...tell me why we get back 3 hours later our room is the only one not cleaned??????? And never got cleaned...he said he was leaving to go eat and have a good time... baffled is not even the word. Skip to the last night we went to get our pictures...when we get down to the floor to the photo shop we had to go through the jewelry store to get to the photos..WE WERE BEING WATCHED AND FOLLOWED...once we made it to the photos half of them were missing and they had the nerve to say "are you sure you took pictures". My brother lost it... at this point we were all fed up. I'm usually not the one for confrontation but at this point all that was out the window. Needless to say we never got the photos that we wanted and the only good parts if this trip was when we ported at our island destination and got OFF the ship.. oh and My Fairlady dinning. I will never take this ship again...I almost want to say this cruise line but they may not all be the same. We paid our money just like everyone else and we expect to be treated well just like everyone else. I can say our first cruise as a family was not a nice one. And we were a bit sad and disappointed.

Ocean View

Not a good one at all. He was not very attentive. I asked for ice never received it and 30 minutes after I asked I heard him talking to a couple in the hallway and he asked if they need ice and immediately stopped what he was doing and went and got ice. We were one of the first people to leave our stateroom area and to come back 3 hours later to our room not being charged clean was upsetting. And then when I asked if he could spray room with air freshener he said the had threw it out already...like where they do that at??? And the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Overall not satisfied!
