Sail Date: Nov 2019
Cabin: Concierge Class 3

We sailed on the Eclipse about 8 years ago and knew the ship was due for refurbishment next year so we were concerned it may be a bit worn about the edges but to our surprise it was very well maintained. We had a balcony and it was a 16 night cruise and felt there was not enough storage.

Entertainment on the ship was good, one poor act, some not so great, some really good, overall very enjoyable.

Most of the staff were very good especially in the dinning areas, in the bar staff could be a bit elusive at times.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

The cabin was pretty standard, nothing you would not expect, storage was suited to an 7 to 10 day cruise rather than a 16 day cruise.

Port Reviews

Puerto Vallarta

Not very scenic or exciting

Huatulco

Not a place I would want to re-visit, reasonably scenic at water front.

Puerto Quetzal (Antigua)

We took a trip to Antigua which was excellent

Lima

We went independently to the main square, it was very colourful and scenic, we had and excellent on a side street
