Extremely poor customer service. purchased the upgraded drink package and told several times we did not have drinks covered. drinks were horrible. ran out of beer on the second day of the cruise and no one knew when they would replenish the supply. rooms were dated and hallways smelled of sewage. clearly a problem as they were replacing the carpet on our floor mid cruise. food was horrible in the main dining room and buffets. main dining room service matched the food. buffets closed at 9:00 pm and nothing available afterwards. very few of the staff spoke english and didn't seem to interested in trying to understand anyone. casino consisted of several out of service machines and not staffed when opened. no pool side drink service. excursions were not worth the money. gathering for an excursion minimum of one hour prior to leaving resulted in tenders full of employees going ashore and no room for guests to sit.

Do not choose this line under any circumstance. we only used because of a groupon - you get what you pay for!

Cabin Review

Balcony Classic

Balcony cabin was dated. Saw our cabin steward once - asked for more washcloths and received one that day. Never saw another wash cloth during the 11 days cruise again.

Port Reviews

Falmouth

starting shopping outide of tour gates - turned back as clearly unsafe area.

Costa Maya

Excursion to mayan ruins were over 6 hours of bus ride then you were on your own to explore. No history provided.
