This was my first time going a cruise with my family. We went for my Mums 70th and I must say we were not disappointed. The check in was smooth, food was great with lots to choose from, from main dining to the buffet Wind Jamma which had a very wide selection of foods for every taste and many more restaurants to choose from.. Service from staff was secound to none. They were very friendly made time to talk to you and would go that extra mile to meet your needs. It was lovely that I was able to talk to the captain and crew, I mentioned how I looked forward to him coming on the tannoy speaker as he was funny and found to be the same in person. It was also lovely when I had stated it was my first time on a cruise and the reason why, and be for I knew there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries sent to my Mums cabin without her knowledge from one of the co-captins. Big thankyou to him, for making her day.
The ship it self is amazing so much to do and see for all ages. The cabin me and my sister shared was just right and was cosy and clean.
Room attended couldn't do enough for us, big thankyou to Elmer and Sunny who was my Mum and Dad room attended he was very intentive and was a great help to my Dad who was in a wheelchair. I could go on for ever, but want to leave it up to you weather you choose this cruise line. Because of my experience I'm most certainly going to do another cruise in year 2020 and will most definitely be picking this cruise line and hope to get the same ship agan as I would love to see her after she's been amplified. Thankyou agan Royal- Caribbean (Freedom of the seas) for our lovely V K. Hope to see you in 2020
