We chose this cruise for a family event. It was terrible. They need to take time and just repair this old ship. Give it a break, it seems like money is outweighing safety!! There seems to be little empathy for them delaying you, this boat is super rocky, no peace and quite. You can't get good rest because the ship is so rocky. You pay for a 5 day cruise to be rocked for 3!!! The ocean view cabin is a joke, the windows on the outside are so dirty you can't see a thing ( barely). They don't care, they let you off and board the next group it's like Wal-Mart!! This cruise was the absolute worse!!! They are understaffed and it shows. Some of the attitudes are rude, it's like they got their money so who cares. Any concerns you may have they just brush it off like yeah yeah just get through your 5 days we have another group coming. I don't see them taking pride in this ship nor their customers. It's just about the money. Well that's not business minded. You might always keep this ship booked to capacity but the question will start to rise with what type of crowd? This ship had a bad engine in September, constantly having mechanical issues, here we are in December still having rocking issues, and mechanical issues. You don't think it's time to skip a sail or two, give your staff a break and fix this ship?? Quality over quantity!! Safety first ?? Or you just about the money, offering 200.00 per person that had to change flights, then got the nerve to want the proof submitted back causing another Delay. You don't need proof you was delayed !!! Your not covering difference in people's fares!! Take time to fix this ship, or change the name to HELL at SEA. Or Carnival Rock A Lot

Cabin Review

Ocean View

The cabin was okay, our stewart was great. Not worth the extra money as the window was dirty. Nothing to brag about
