Viking was very highly rated and the cruise was going where we wanted to go. The restaurants and food was exceptional and we really liked the idea of an excursion was included in each port. The staff was very courteous and attentive. All the details were paid attention to, from the time we landed to the time we departed. I really thought that access to the laundry at no additional cost was big plus and room service also was timely and exceptional. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job. Getting to see the galley and the bridge was very interesting and appreciated . The guides on our excursions were very professional and knowledgeable.The ship was always very clean and very well attended. The lectures were informative and the entertainment was first rate. The swimming poos were very convenient. Having access to the spa was also appreciated . The steam room and sauna and the snow room and jacuzzi were a very nice option.
