The company is not transparent in many ways. Let's start with the cabin, the photo they advertise is completely different than the actual cabin (Bella experience ocean view). They advertise the cabin being more spacious and with a couch (not a big deal). Paying for a cruise, you expect to be entitled to most of the amenities. However, paying for the cruise seemed to be more of just an entry fee. The food is deplorable. The buffet food is better than the dining food (will just leave it at that). The drink package allots you essentially none of the available drinks. They are not night-owl friendly. If I wanted to play table tennis and go to the jacuzzi at 11 pm, I would not be able to. I just want to have fun, if I wanted to go bowling and play with the VR set it would be like 100 Euros for an hour. Why are they being so cheap?

The most disturbing thing about the cruise is the fraudulent charges they perform.
