We chose this cruise as a special trip for our forty-fifth anniversary. We had a wonderful time! We added a three night trip to Prague before the cruise and a two night stay in Amsterdam after the cruise. The cruise itself was just terrific! Our cabin was small but very efficient. I'm glad we got the french balcony so we could always have fresh air and a great view to take pictures. We were very happy with the service we received. The girl who cleaned our room did an excellent job! The service in all of the eating areas was also very good. We mostly stuck to visiting the ports along the rivers that were included in the price of the cruise. All of the places we went to were very interesting and the excursions were very organized with guides that were from the area. We were very lucky to meet some wonderful people on our cruise who I think will be lifelong friends. We would definitely choose a Viking cruise again and maybe in the future would choose an ocean cruise.
