Sail Date: Dec 2019
Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

We were expecting to see results of last year's refurbishment. We had a mini-suite, but, the beds were way too soft and lumpy, scuffs on furniture, dark stains in bathtub and on tile floor. Rust stains on balcony, varnish on balcony railing was worn off and chipped. One eyesore on the ship involved the elevator doors. They were a gold color and the paint was scratched and marred from suitcases probably banging against them. The appearance looked like the elevators could have been in a dive hotel. Food was pretty good in the main dining room but the cooks can't seem to cook fish dishes without overcooking them. We never had an issue with getting seated so that worked out well. We chose anytime dining. Wished we had the opportunity to use club dining but it wasn't available when we booked.

Service from staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The shore excursions were ok for the most part. We mostly did snorkeling excursions, but in St. Thomas, we were taken to a dead reef, so that was a waste of money. Wish there was more honest detail on the type of transportation you get on a shore excursion. We took a 4wheel drive tour of Grenada, and

the tour guide was delightful, but the open back KIA truck was very uncomfortable and there were 10 passengers cramped together on bench seats facing each other. It was still enlightening to have the guide explain plants and flowers we saw along the way, but the discomfort outweighed everything else.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Beds quite uncomfortable. Too soft and lumpy. Pillows were comfy. Some scuff marks on furniture. Not enough outlets for charging personal items. Tub stained.

Towels very nice and fluffy. Balcony railing showed lots of wear.
