Would not be shy to admit that kids travel free was a bid draw for me. Secondly, was attracted to the itinerary from singapore to Koh Samui to laem chabang(ie. Bankok or Pattaya) and Cambodia. Love the fact that it was docked at Laem Chabang for 2 days so had more than enough time to explore and enjoy the stopover, which we did by signing up for a 2d Bangkok & Ayutthaya tour. It was a pretty enjoyable tour except for the fact that there were just too many visits to temples.
Food was good but one needs to be selective about the food. The self service buffet was surprisingly better than the restaurant. The pizzas (paid) were very good. Cabin was very clean and water pressure was good. Loved the nightly entertainment shows.
However, the air-con was not cool enough and it was quite warm. Secondly, the bar fridge in our cabin was not working throughout the trip and inspite of several reminders, no action was taken nor any explanation given. Third, one would have noticed the water slide on board the ship but can't help but think it is merely for decoration only as even though there was no sign indicating that it was not operational or out of order, it was never open for use at all thoughout the 7 days we were there.
Very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Toilet was clean and working. However, the air-con was not cool enough and it was a tad too warm to be comfortable. The bar fridge in my cabin was not working throughout the trip.
Beautiful island. Visited the waterfall, went to the safari and had lunch at a beach resort
